Who are we?

Bosforo is a Mediterranean-Turkish restaurant inspired by Istanbul’s meyhanes, bringing bold meze, wood-fired kebabs, and Turkish-style pizza to San Diego.

 

Founded by Chef Seckin Sage Anlasbay. We serve shareable dishes, craft cocktails, and weekend brunch in a vibrant, music-filled space. Rooted in tradition, fueled by fire.
